Mr. Shah directed Bravo at how he handled the legal scandal, rather than how he handled it The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members Theresa Judge.
Years after Teresa and her husband, Joe Judgewere convicted of fraud and spent time behind bars, the The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, who pleaded guilty to fraud in July 2022 and will begin a 6.5-year prison sentence next month, “liked” a Twitter post accusing the network of hypocrisy.
“It doesn’t sit right with me that [Bravo] Cut ties with [RHOSLC]’s Jen Shah but when [Teresa Giudice] and Joe Giudice were convicted of putting it on [RHONJ] arrested, told him all special [Teresa Checks In]and doubled down amid the events around him,” the January 17 tweet read.
In the middle of Wednesday the first half of ROSLC season three reunion, Jen took to her Instagram page to announce the launch of the “Dear Jen Shah” website, where she plans to tell the “truth”.
“Thank you to my loyal fans who have continued to support me through a difficult, but very important time in my life. With the strength of my wife, children, close family, and friends – I am ready to tell my true story without any misrepresentation or editing, ” he said. “Please visit DearJenShah.com and subscribe as I tell the truth, and give you an inside look at the real Jen Shah.”
Following the announcement, Jen seemed to defend Bravo with a post from one of her fans, which highlighted the entertainment industry’s reported racism against Polynesians.
“The entertainment industry is Hollywood that will not serve the interests of anyone, let alone Polynesians. That’s why I encourage you to create your own platform where you can tell your stories without censorship. we love and support you Jen,” the message read.
Although Jen has been considered fired from ROSLC, Bravo has yet to make an official announcement about their future participation. And after the network planned to feature her in a special one on one with Andy Cohenit was Jen who announced her resignation due to editing issues.
“This particular 1 on 1 interview is not a part of me ROSLC reality tv contract. I promise myself and my beloved family that I will not allow any part of my life to be sensationalized or inaccurate,” she wrote in an Instagram statement, explaining that people had been “hurt” because she was not in control. [her] own narrative.”
“I’d rather keep quiet and wait until I can accurately share my story than continue the lies and misrepresentations about me spread in the headlines,” she added.
