Karen Huger take to Instagram with the main receipt amid the conflict with Charrisse Jackson-Jordan on Sunday night The Real Housewives of Potomac.
After Karen called Charrisse “opportunistic” for showing up at her mother’s funeral and Charrisse clapped back at her past loss, admitting Karen sent the sentence only after learning of her father’s death, Karen shared a long picture. The text she sent to Charrisse – as well as Charrisse’s response.
“You be the judge…a real note of condolence sent from the Huger family for their loss,” Karen wrote in the caption of her Jan. 15 Instagram post.
In a message to Charrisse, Karen wrote, “Charisse, my family and I would like to send our condolences to your father. Know that God is in charge and he is at peace. If there is anything I can say. If you have time, please let me know the address where flowers are accepted. . If there is a charity you would like us to donate to in his memory, please advise. Again, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.”
And in response to the message, which consisted of six – not one – sentences, Charrisse replied, “Thank you Karen. Your kindness and words of wisdom during this difficult time.”
Also on social media, Karen responded to a clip from Sunday night’s episode posted on Twitter, which was shown Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon came after him to defend Charrisse, whom Gizelle named “queen of the Potomac.”
“Just stop. Enough,” said Karen, trying to shut Gizelle up by suggesting “there’s nothing to discuss.”
“You can’t close the conversation, Karen,” Gizelle replied as Robyn began to speak.
“In this group, we’re all under fire for what we say and do, but you have no limits. Is that what you’re saying?” asked Robyn.
“No, I didn’t say that. I said it was done. You can go ahead but I’ve checked out so you can speak for yourself,” Karen replied.
“We have not finished so you can choose not to listen. Yesterday’s behavior is very contradictory to the man and woman that Karen tries to present herself and tries to drive sincerely to support you in times of sadness,” said Robyn when Karen told her castmate to “respect” his late mother.
But according to Robyn, she feels that Karen used the loss to avoid taking responsibility for her actions towards Charrisse.
“Karen knows how to get away from real issues, real conversations, and the shields she provides including ‘my husband, my daughter, and now, my mother.’ So she’s very sneaky,” Robyn said in a statement.
And in response to the clip, Karen tweeted“Please bring that same energy when you are asked about everything that is important to you Miss. Dixon.”
