The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice‘s daughter, Milania, 20, was arrested for assault following a domestic incident.
Milania was taken into police custody by Montville Township police after her involvement in a domestic incident on May 14 that occurred around 6:12 p.m.
The 20-year-old was charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
A court spokesperson informed The Sun that the case had been classified as domestic violence.
To date, Milania, Bravo, and Teresa have yet to comment on the ordeal, and no further details have been shared at this time.
Last month, Reality Blurb reported about Milania showing off a new inner-lip tattoo just days before this alleged assault took place.
The alleged incident took place during an interesting time, as filming for season 15 of RHONJ is finally underway. Teresa is one of the three women from the season 14 cast returning, along with Dolores Catania and Melissa Gorga.
During one of the filming events, there was a rumor that Dolores and Melissa got into a spat. This was further fueled when Melissa posted on Instagram, ‘It’s me. I’m Melissa. Why is everyone looking for me today?”
She captioned the text with, “Back up off me. #MELISSA.”
Reality Blurb spoke exclusively to an insider earlier this month to get the scoop on if there was any truth to Melissa and Dolores having an argument.
“Melissa’s post had nothing to do with drama,” a source shared at the time. “Her caption and post simply meant she was relaxing.”
As far as Dolores and Melissa go, the insider dished that “nothing” happened between the pair.
“There was nothing major that happened,” they added.
Aside from Teresa, Melissa, and Dolores, the rest of the season 15 cast is said to be comprised of sisters Xiomara Laracuente and Juliette Collazo, Natia Rufolo, Vanessa Barrera, and Deeba Patel.
While there were rumblings some more old, recognizable faces could return, a source divulged to Reality Blurb in May it was “not true.”
“No one involved has been told anything about any cast members returning, aside from Teresa, Melissa, and Dolores,” they added.
