Lisa Hochstein‘s team of divorce lawyers has just filed court documents, announcing that Real Housewives of Miami Cast member owes more than $85,000 amid separation from estranged wife Lenny Hochstein.
As Lisa, 40, continues to fight for emergency financial support from the 56-year-old plastic surgeon, lawyers have been counting the costs as the court prepares to determine who will be responsible for paying them.
In court documents obtained by Page Six on February 13, the lawyer Paul Leinoff stated that Lisa owes $49,171.48 for “legal fees, costs and appropriate money due to Leinoff & Lemos, PA” and an additional $35,841.90 to accounting firm Kaufman Rossin & Co.
But while the total, $85,013.38, will continue to earn interest until the debt is paid off, RHOM cast member rep explained to the outlet that the itemization is not out of the ordinary.
“As is customary in divorce proceedings, there is a hearing scheduled in April to determine who is responsible for legal fees,” the rep told Page Six. “Right now, Lenny isn’t giving us the support we usually have in this situation.”
According to the report, Lisa retained her legal team on April 26, 2022, a few weeks before Lenny filed at the end of May.
In legal documents, the law firm requested that any settlement Lisa was given in the middle of the divorce be used to pay the bills.
As RHOM fans can remember, Lisa recently said that after Lenny cut off her credit card, she could not afford to buy diapers or food for her two children, Logan, 7, and Elle, 3. However, in response, Lenny said that Lisa is. paid $30,000 per episode of the Bravo reality show and insisted on putting a monthly limit on the card after she spent $9,000 on designer items in one week.
Lenny also said Lisa was forced to return the luxury handbag in exchange for cash for her children and claimed Lisa’s support demands were “huge” as she continued to live in her $52 million Star Island mansion and “drive luxury vehicles including a Range . Rover and Rolls-Royce.”
In another RHOM news, Lenny has allegedly bought new teeth for his girlfriend Katharina Mazepa27, who started dating before filing for divorce last year.
In the photo shared by All About The Real Housewives on Instagram on February 14, Katharina appeared before and after the alleged procedure.
