A source claimed Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton “Still not talking” despite the new photo of the sisters together on Oscar night.
The source also revealed that Kathy still hasn’t decided if she will be filming for 13Th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The two brothers, who have been through a lot of trouble, return to the drama after Kyle is seen refusing to fight Kathy in the midst of his castmates. Add Chest‘s allegations against him during the cast trip.
According to an insider to PEOPLE, Kyle and Kathy are “still not on speaking terms” after the drama on their Aspen trip last year, which led to a tense season 12 reunion.
“Nothing has really changed since the reunion. He still didn’t speak. No one is trying to sit down and work things out,” the source said. “Kyle is busy focusing on himself and Kathy is doing the same. But they are family and everyone is supportive and always will be.
The brothers were photographed together when Elton John‘s see the party on Oscar night, even though they are sitting at different tables.
The source revealed that Kathy has not yet decided if she will film for season 13, although production has already begun.
“Kyle is waiting like everyone else to see if he’s going to do the show,” the insider said.
Last December at the People’s Choice Awards, the sisters revealed their relationship.
“I didn’t talk to him [Kyle] at some point,” Kathy shared with Access Hollywood. “We’ve been texting, but I haven’t talked to him in a while.”
Speaking to Extra, Kyle explained, “We can be better, but we’re brothers and at the end of the day we’re always together, but we can be better and what I want, that’s what I need in my life – to feel good.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 is currently being filmed.
