Erika Jayne has just been hit with a federal lawsuit from Barry’s Ticket Service.
As an estranged wife Thomas Girardi appeared in federal court in Los Angeles on Friday, the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is handling a $650,000 lawsuit over concert, music, and theater tickets purchased for him, former chief financial officer (CFO) Girardi Keese, Christopher Kamonand Thomas alone, by attorney disbarred.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on February 6, Barry Ticket Services filed the case against Erika and Christopher as a countersuit to a lawsuit filed by the trustee who presided over Thomas’ bankruptcy case.
In the case against Barry’s Ticket Service, the trustee wrote, “During the time Girardi Keese was in a precarious financial situation, and did not pay his creditors, Girardi Keese began a systematic process to drain the available money, often stolen. client trust funds, with, among , making distributions to preferred creditors or third parties from the Girardi Keese estate fund.
“During the seven-year period prior to the Petition Date, with the assistance of various partners, employees, and family members, Thomas and Girardi Keese conspired with the intent and design to remove and conceal Girardi Keese’s assets for the purpose of defrauding Girardi. Keese’s creditors,” he added.
According to the trustee, Thomas’ law firm made nearly 400 payments to Barry’s Tickets totaling $649,835 over the four years leading up to the forced bankruptcy. However, according to Barry’s Tickets, believe that Erika and Christopher should be responsible for refunding the money – not them.
In their countersuit, Barry’s Tickets claims Thomas was “solvent” when he bought the tickets. However, as RHOBA fans also know, a lot has changed in the years since.
In a second report shared by Page Six, Thomas, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia in early 2021, appeared in federal court on Monday, where he was ordered to undergo a mental competency evaluation during a 15-minute hearing.
As the outlet explained, the United States Magistrate Judge Karen L. Stevenson entered a not guilty plea on Thomas’ behalf after the indictment yesterday and sealed all health-related records. Also during the hearing, the judge set Thomas’ bail at $250,000 under the assumption that the conservator, his sister. Robert Girardiwill have custody of the person.
Although Thomas was not ordered to wear an electronic monitor, he was barred from leaving the Central District of California and must surrender his passport and other travel documents.

Thomas is also prohibited from contacting the alleged victim or witness.
Moving forward, Thomas, who reportedly let go of his legal team, will be represented by a public defender.
Yesterday, after reportedly stealing $18 million from a former client, Thomas was indicted on five counts of wire fraud. He faces up to 20 years behind bars.
