Erika Jayne demanded a jury trial as he continues to fight a $25 million lawsuit filed by his estranged wife’s presiding guardian. Thomas Girardibankruptcy case.

As guardians hope to see the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members ordered to pay back the million in settlement funds Thomas owes to the client but instead of using it to pay Erika’s bills, he has to argue his case in front of a jury of peers.

In court documents obtained by Radar Online on February 23, Erika made her plea, insisting that previous attempts to reach a settlement with her guardian were unsuccessful.

In the initial report indicated by the lawyer Ronald Richards, it is noted that Erika and the guardian have not yet reached the settlement, but that does not mean that they will not come in the future. In fact, the parties continue to work together to do just that.

“The parties have previously engaged in settlement discussions over a long period of time. No settlement has been reached, but settlement negotiations have resumed and are ongoing,” the report said.

In the guardian’s lawsuit against RHOBA cast member, they asked him to reimburse Thomas’ now-defunct law firm, Girardi Keese, which he used to cover the costs of his company, EJ Global, between 2008 and 2020.

However, according to Erika, she did not know that her husband stole money from clients and demanded that the case be dismissed, arguing that Thomas was “solvent” when he made payments for his business.

“Ms. Girardi is always present and is an entertainer with a 12th grade education. Ms. Girardi has never been and is not an attorney, and she believes that GK, Mr. Girardi, and outside accountants, given their superior knowledge and expertise, prepare accurate, legal, and legal,” Erika’s lawyer said.

Erika will return to court in June, where a judge will set a trial date if a settlement is not reached.

In the years since Thomas was forced into bankruptcy, Erika has been dragged into several lawsuits and ordered to turn over the expensive earrings she was supposed to buy for her ex-husband.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is in production and is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
