Reverend Kusi Boateng secures interim injunction against Okudzeto Ablakwa

He said the court order was served on the Metro TV board where he made several submissions on the station’s Morning Show on the matter.

“After I appeared on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana show this morning, a man allegedly from court brought to Metro TV court documents…,” Ablakwa write.

The court order was effective February 1.

Reverend Kusi Boateng, in an Ex parte motion, prayed that Ablakwa be prevented from disclosing personal information, documents, correspondence, communications and property owned by Ablakwa.

“It is hereby ordered that the 1st Respondent, SAMUEL OKUDZETO ABLAKWA be prohibited from making any disclosure of personal documents, correspondence, communications and property belonging to the Petitioner.

“It is further ordered that this interim order shall lapse after Ten (10) days,” the court order said.

Meanwhile, the lawmaker who vowed not to be arrested said he has instructed his lawyers to take the necessary steps regarding the order.

Ablakwa, Monday, January 16, petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to investigate the GH₵‎2.6 million paid to JNS Talent, a company owned by the Secretary of the National Cathedral Council, Victor Kusi Boateng under a different identity .

He said JNS Talent Center Ltd which allegedly ran a crèche in Dawhenya was paid GH¢2.6 million by the National Cathedral Secretariat.
