Revelation Cup: Oshoala returns to Falcons

Oshoala, who played football last year for Barcelona, ​​is a member of the 23-woman squad announced by the Nigeria Football Federation for the Revelation Cup, which will be held in Mexico in February.

The list was released and signed by the media and publicity secretary of the NFF, Ademola Olajire, who released the names of the players who will participate in the four-nation tournament.

According to a press release, Oshoala suffered a “grade two ligament injury” during Nigeria’s 2-1 loss to South Africa at the Women’s Women’s Cup, WAFCON, in Morocco last June; he will stage a comeback when the Falcons play in February.

The Revelation Cup, organized to test the teams ahead of the ninth FIFA World Cup scheduled for this summer in New Zealand, will take place in Mexico, with two other countries, Costa Rica and Colombia, joining Nigeria in seven days. football events are scheduled for February 15 to February 21.

The Falcons will depart Nigeria on February 11 and play their first game against host Mexico on the 15th at 4pm Mexico time (10pm Nigeria time). The second and third matches will be against Colombia on the 18th and Costa Rica on the 21st.
