Pull and apologize or get angry – Talent of small scale miners to DRAC
Talensi Small-scale miners who have surrounded the concession to Earl International Group Ghana Gold Limited in Talensi District in the Upper East Region are demanding the revocation and an unconditional apology from the civil society organization, the Development Research and Advocacy Center (DRAC) or get angry at the allegations.
According to the miners, the allegations of fraud against the Unik mining company limited, abuse of office by the Minister of the Upper East Region, Stephen Yakubu, and supporting the crimes alleged by DRAC are baseless and aimed at slandering the miners and state authorities to solve the problem. a small miner and Earl International Gold Limited.
In a rejoinder to Journalists in Bolgatanga, the zonal secretary of the association, Azumah Tule, chided DRAC for failing to do due diligence before making the allegations and then asking DRAC to translate the unqualified apology.
