Rachel Lewis‘prohibition order against Scheana Shay has led to a major filming dilemma for Vanderpump Rules producer.
With the reunion special for season 10 set to be filmed this month, ahead of the women’s ban on March 29, Raquel will reportedly be among her friends, including Scheana, repeating the season’s events – and addressing new news about Raquel’s alleged relationship with Tom Sandoval.
On March 13, multiple sources confirmed to The US Sun that the reunion will take place on Thursday, March 23, in Los Angeles, and they noted that the participation of Raquel and Scheana has not been finalized.
As Pump Rules fans also know, Raquel was granted a temporary restraining order against Scheana on March 7, which requires Scheana to stay at least 100 meters away from her at all times, after accusing Scheana of attacking her in response to her relationship with Sandoval on March 2.
Scheana pushed Raquel “against a brick wall causing injury to the back of the head and punched her [her] in the face causing injury to [her] left eye,” Raquel alleged, admitting her co-star left her with” a black eye and [a] cut/wound” on the eyebrow.
“Now my friends and co-workers tell me that they don’t regret physically attacking me and that they would do it again if they found out that they had suffered more emotional damage because of our friends. [Ariana],” he continued.
And while Scheana denied the claims, saying through her attorney, Neama RahmaniThe president of the West Coast Trial Lawyers, that Raquel is a “liar” and a “liar” who “has betrayed everyone close to her,” he is still not allowed in the same room as her.
“Raquel will most likely be the one to Zoom in,” the insider said. “[She’s] took the coward’s way out by blaming legal issues for why he couldn’t physically participate… [But] Scheana has no intention of missing the reunion. He will be there either way.
According to a family law attorney Goldie Schonin addition to Raquel and Scheana not being able to be in the same place, the restraining order also prevented them from speaking to each other – even on Zoom.
“If they talk to each other, it’s a violation of the restraining order,” he said. “And believe it or not, it’s not a violation of the person who has a restraining order (Raquel), it’s a violation of the person who has a restraining order against her (Scheana) to talk to someone.”
Goldie also said that when it comes to topics discussed in the upcoming reunion, which will air in May, Raquel and Scheana, whether they are separated or not, should tread lightly.
“He should be careful what he says [at the reunion] because if he says something untrue, it will be used against him a week later in court,” he warned.
An additional report from Radar Online on March 13 said that when it comes to the logistics of Pump Rules taping reunion, the producers are still working out and have prepared calls for the cast for this week.
Earlier this month, when you look at it Christian DoutePodcast, Scheana joked that they all “must have cages.”
“Everybody needs their own personal bodyguard because oof,” he explained. Kristen agreed, saying, “Security will definitely be improved.”
