Raquel Leviss has sent a cease-and-desist letter to her Vanderpump Rules castmates.
According to TMZ, the Bravo personality is threatening legal action against his friends if they share the video that caused Ariana Madix to break up last week with Tom Sandoval.
here.
Let us explain…

Last Wednesday, Madix showed her support for her boyfriend of nine years at a Los Angeles concert featuring Sandoval and his band.
At some point that evening, Madix found FaceTime footage on Sandoval’s phone that depicted Leviss being intimate with Tom in an inappropriate manner.
Ariana proceeded to dump Sandoval.
We’ve since learned, through reports from People Magazine and other outlets, that Leviss and Sandoval have been sleeping together for over six months.

Now, back to stop and go:
Leviss’ attorney released the letter Monday to several Vanderpump Rules cast members and friends — warning that the taping was “illegally done without Raquel’s knowledge or consent.”
The legal team is referring to a revenge porn law in California’s penal code that prohibits “nonconsensual pornography,” which means the crime of invading another person’s privacy and distributing the material.
Meaning?
Don’t you dare skip this FaceTime video!

Only Sandoval and Leviss made the calls, but Leviss’ attorney told anyone who has the recording to immediately delete it from their phone, cloud or “any other means or means by which it can be recorded.”
The end of the letter:
“This matter must be taken seriously.”
A Page Six source, meanwhile, last week that Madix left “heartbroken” because of the relationship because he “didn’t know there was a problem” in the relationship of nearly a decade with Sandoval.

The owner of the restaurant, Sandoval posted a message on Instagram after this scandal:
“Hey, I know you’re mad and disappointed in me, but please go away [business partner] Schwartz, friends and family get out of this situation.
“Schwartz specifically only knows about it, and he certainly doesn’t condone my actions. It’s a very personal matter…
“Please be angry with me immediately and don’t [my partners]. He did nothing wrong.

Sandoval continued, once again focusing on his professional life:
“I am sorry that my partners, Greg, Brett, and Schwartz and employees had to suffer because of my actions.
“I will step back and take a break out of respect for my employees and partners.
“I need some time to deal with everything else. I’m sorry for everything.”
