Rachel Lewis statement Scheana Shay punched her in the face last Friday in New York City, reportedly after studying her and Tom Sandoval dating for months behind a longtime friend’s back, Ariana Madix.
Following the news that Raquel had obtained a temporary restraining order against Scheana, who she says became violent with her last week – and has made additional threats in the days since, photos have been shared of her alleged injuries.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 8, Raquel accused Scheana of pushing her against a brick wall and punching her in the left eye as she shared pictures of her sore eye and bruises on her face.

Raquel also explained that she is afraid that Scheana may act violently again, admitting that people who work with her told her that Scheana “does not regret the physical attack on me and will do it again if she finds out that more emotional stress is caused by our friend.”

The temporary restraining order currently in place, and expected to remain in place at least until the women’s March 29 hearing, requires Scheana to stay at least 100 yards from Raquel, her apartment and workplace, which could cause problems when it comes to the upcoming Reunion, which is set to be filmed in two weeks.

While Sandoval and Raquel initially kept quiet about the allegations, they both released statements earlier today, apologizing for their actions.
“I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and I made rash decisions that hurt the people I love. No one deserves to feel this traumatic and public pain,” Sandoval wrote on Instagram. “I can only imagine how devastating this is for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel terrible about this. My biggest regret is that I underestimated Ariana. I have never let many people down, including my dear family and friends.
Meanwhile, in her own statement, Raquel, who left Los Angeles to be with her family amid the drama, said there was “no excuse” for what happened, adding, “I’m not a victim and I have to act and I’m very sorry hurt Ariana.”
Also in the statement, Raquel said she was “physically assaulted” and “lost friendships.”
