As previously reported, Raquel Leviss was granted a restraining order last week against Scheana Shay.
According to various reports, the last Vanderpump Rules star attacks on ex Vanderpump Rules star after it came out that Leviss had been sleeping with Tom Sandoval for a month.
When he was dating Ariana Madix, of course.
Well, now, we have a follow-up to those allegations — and it’s coming from Leviss himself.

TMZ has obtained a legal document Leviss submitted to a New York judge a few days ago that asked for protection from Shay because Raquel said she shoved Shay shoved her into a brick wall and punched her in the left eye.
The incident was reported on Thursday, a day after Madix found an intimate FaceTime video between Sandoval and Leviss on his girlfriend’s phone.
A judge stepped forward and granted Raquel’s request.
Leviss included a photo of his sore eye and cut face in court, while writing in the document that Shay “doesn’t regret the physical assault on me and would do it again if he found that the emotional distress was more caused by our friend.”

Scheana and Raquel were actually sitting next to each other for an episode of Bravo’s “What Happens Live” just hours before this alleged altercation.
We can’t say for sure what happened between the women, but Shay posted a picture of Madix and herself on social media after the Sandoval scandal went public, captioning it, “Always back” along with it.
He followed the message with a punch emoji.
Leviss included this Instagram post in the court filing.

As it stands, Shay must be at least 100 yards away from Raquel, her home and her workplace.
A week after the world learned that Leviss had been riding Sandoval since at least December, Raquel spoke to People Magazine about the status of their relationship.
“Besides the untenable circumstances of our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born of a loving friendship,” she told this outlet.
“Knowing how many people are sick, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones.”

He concludes:
“I have to take care of my health, work on my own growth and take time to be comfortable with myself.
“I care about Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what he’s going to do. Now I have to heal.”
