Rachel Lewis is dismissing her restraining order against him Scheana Shay.

“The TRO was intended to provide a cooling-off period after I was punched but I don’t want to continue with a permanent RO or I don’t want to cause Scheana more suffering and stress,” he added.

The insider later said that Scheana rejected the offer, forcing production to find a solution.
