Randall Emmett is better known as the father of Lala Kent’s child, as well as a former teammate Vanderpump Rules.
But he may soon join Josh Duggar on the list of the most notorious monsters in reality television history.
Before his engagement to Lala, Emmett was married to actress Ambyr Childers.
Now, Ambyr is making some shocking accusations against Rand, and if there’s any truth to those claims, Emmett might be joining Josh in federal prison.
In December, Ambyr was granted an order of protection against Rand.
In his submission, which was made public this week by L.A. TimesChilders claimed that FBI agents told him over the phone that Emmett was being investigated for “suspected activities related to child exploitation and pedophilia.”
“This call caused a lot of damage and disturbed her emotional peace and peace of mind because London and Rylee were often alone. [Randall] when he may have committed acts of child exploitation and/or pedophilia,” Ambyr wrote in a court filing, according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup.
On Sunday, Emmett took to Instagram Live to address the rumors.
“There is no evidence that I am being investigated for anything. As a father of three, I am shocked and in disbelief that Ambyr would even hint at something so disgusting and untrue,” the film’s producer told his followers.
“As for the other statements, everything is false. Anyone can say whatever they want in the petition; that is not true,” he continued.
“And it’s also important to note that we still have 50/50 custody of our children. This is yet another attack and lie from Ambyr designed to destroy my career without any evidence.
Emmett didn’t specify which statement he was referring to, but Lala and Ambyr accused him of being abusive during their relationship.
“I’m at a place where I feel like I have to come on here and say the truth about the last 11, 12, 14 months that have been said about me,” Randall told his Instagram followers.
“Everything under the sun [has been said about me]you know, [that I’m a] narcissist, cheater, but at the end of the day, you know, I take the high road because I have three beautiful girls that I don’t want out there,” he added.
“I don’t want to have to do this, but at this point, you know, the lies have gone so far.”
Emmett then claims that he has reached out to the FBI to confirm that he is not under investigation.
“We’re waiting today to get confirmation, because we know there’s no truth to this, that the FBI has never investigated me and they’re not investigating me because there’s nothing to investigate,” he said.
“But, unfortunately, in this culture, you can just say whatever you want and then it’s written down and then it’s considered true in this canceling culture,” Emmett said.
“I’ve been a father for a long time, I have custody of all my children, and I have custody of all my children because I’m a good father and I’m a good person,” Randall said on Instagram.
“At the end, you know, that’s the most important thing. At the end of my life, no matter what happens, I’m going to look at my three children’s faces and they’re going to know what a great dad they are.
In her own Instagram story, Lala did not directly address the situation, writing:
