Lala Kentrung handled her hostility with Katie Maloney on the latest episode of her podcast.
After Katie admitted on her own podcast last week that the vibes between them were “definitely dead,” the Vanderpump Rules star said the DMs she received from her castmate, explained why she forgot about her 37th birthday, and teased a girl fight in the upcoming season 10.
“The vibes are definitely dead… after the DM I got from him the other day… But like I said before, I got a lot going on. This is the least I can hope for and I wish him a very happy birthday,” said Lala on the January 17 episode. Give them Lala. “You don’t know it’s his birthday because it’s MLK Day. I’m done with MLK Day and I have Samudra and he’s sick.
Although the relationship of Pump Rules cast members are known to be up and down, Lala does not seem very hopeful about future reconciliation, saying, “We’ll see. We’ll see.
During the production of the 10th season, Lala participated with a group of her female co-stars, who were not named, and deliberately used apparently inappropriate terms.
“We’re filming and we’re in like, battle mode, our group, and I say, ‘I pegged you from the beginning,’ and the whole group looks at me and goes, ‘What?’ And I’m like, ‘Like, I know your card before it’s dealt.’ And they were like, ‘This pegging is putting something in the a-hole,'” Lala recalled.
According to Lala, she doesn’t know what she said to the “bunch of chicks” but hopes the producers keep it in the final edit.
“There’s my tea Vanderpumpthat there are moments that are like really, really f-cking funny and I hope that some of them stay on,” he shared.
Lala also looks back on a moment from season four in her podcast, saying she “grossed out” her castmates during a trip to Hawaii because she was tempted to play a drinking game.
“I drink and I know it’s tequila. I hate tequila but I want to fit. This can be a bonding experience. We’re on this big floaty together. I take a sip. It’s warm and I vomit in the water,” Lala replied. “There’s vomit floating around our raft… They’re out.”
“I think it’s going to bother me,” she added.
Lala then said that when she was not sure if the moment had been kept in the episode, the producer made a point to show her bending.
“I was like, ‘Oh this is a good time to show that Lala and Tempek are hanging out. They should be clear [because] I was wearing a skimpy bikini,” she explained.
Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premieres Friday, February 8 at 9/8c on Bravo.
