Public Defender Was Shooing Pigeons & Fell Off Balcony?! Family Calls BS On Mexican Official’s Story!

The mystery surrounding the death of an Orange County, California public defender Elliot Blair along…

As previously reported, the 33-year-old and his wife Kim Williams (both pictured above) set in 2022 and took an anniversary trip The Rocks Resort and Spa in Rosarito, Mexico to celebrate the last month. KTLA reported on the morning of January 14 that Elliot drunkenly fell to death from the balcony of the third story – on the same day as the couple’s birthday! So, it’s very sad.

Last we heard, accordingly List of Orange Countyat Baja California Attorney General’s Office said death was the result of a tragic accident:

“[Blair’s death was the] the result of an unfortunate accident from a fall by the deceased now from the third floor.

You can see some footage of the hotel (below):

The man’s family is not sure if he died in an accident. At GoFundMe pages that have been set to cover Elliott’s final expenses, a family friend Ani Rodriguez wrote the family in the belief that this is not an accident:

“We hope to provide more information to everyone, but very limited information has been released by the authorities in Mexico. He was the victim of a brutal crime. His family is working with US Officials to get more information.

Kim’s family members even talked to him ABC7 and said:

“We have reason to believe, and evidence, that foul play is possible.”

horrify! At the time, one of Elliott’s colleagues said they were working with officials to get more information about what happened — and now it looks like it will finally be released. According to List of Orange Countystate attorney general Ricardo Ivan Carpio Sanchez called the passing of the public defender which is a “terrible case” and it is alleged that Kim has said that his wife was pulled out because the pigeons were noisy in the balcony and that’s when it fell.

But Blair’s family denied the claim! He told the outlet in a statement:

“It’s completely wrong for Kim to ever say that Elliot comes out of the room at night to scare pigeons or react to any noise.”

The family also noted that Kim was asleep at the time of the incident and that the widow was told multiple stories about what happened to her husband. Not only that, apparently Elliott’s loved ones were pushed to cremate his remains, but they refused, wanting an autopsy.

Suspicious to encourage cremation, right?

Speaking of the independent autopsy, Elliott’s cause of death has been confirmed as “severe head trauma” according to the coroner who performed it. The family plans to submit the information to the district attorney to investigate a possible homicide.

Private investigator John Jenkinswho has worked with Elliott on several occasions, told the New York Post he will investigate this case as a cover. Blair family lawyer, David Scarsonealso said there is a persistent doubt that the public defender just fell from the balcony:

“There are so many unanswered questions. [The family] pushing that conclusion [by Mexican authorities].”

It sure sounds like someone has something to hide. Does this have anything to do with his job?? Hmm… so many unanswered questions, really.

We will of course continue to update as more information is released. Reaction, Perezcious readers?
