This message looks at the x-ray of the operation and the spiritual dimension of the prophets. Today, there is a total disconnect between the prophet and the congregation due to people’s limited knowledge of the ministry of the prophets. The prophets are directly under the supervision of the Almighty God; they are not responsible to anyone but to God. When other ministers call to take instructions from the prophet.
The prophets are behind and invisible at all times, except in extreme situations where spiritual purging cannot be done to build and restore sanity to the community. When sanctity is trampled upon and severely attacked, the prophet shows it as God’s weapon to fight against God’s enemies. Prophets are not ordinary people. They are not normal and made for war; they have no friends on earth because no human will ever know them.
The prophets did not spare the sorcerers and sorcerers when they brought judgment on the congregation. They are God in man and God’s special representative; they did what God told them to do! The main priority is to destroy the holy enemy and restore true worship on earth. They look to fight. For example, Elijah came to the battle and suddenly entered the ship unannounced. They are satisfied and do not look at people’s pockets.
In the Old Testament, Moses and Elijah were the main prophets. Elijah, when preaching on earth, showed the power of the prophet by calling fire from heaven. His supposed “bad behavior” was revealed when he asked his enemies to pour water on the burnt offering. At that time, Elijah was looking for fire and not water. This is the mystery and wickedness of the prophet. Strangely, in “misbehavior” there is victory and solution to human challenges.
Prophets work with contacts, so they usually ask for things during their ministry. When the ax of the prophet’s sons fell into the river, Elijah asked for a staff of life to bring him out. What an absurdity in the eyes of man! But as soon as he pointed the stick of life in the direction of the fall, the ax flew away and came out. The things that are offered in prayer are to make contact that can meet the needs.
However, the prophets were always careful not to offend God. God does not consider the “few” disobedient because they are privileged to know God’s secrets more than other ministers. Moses could not enter the Promised Land because of his disobedience which almost cost him immortality.
Believers who are in the presence of the prophet must be careful in order to receive God’s blessing.
