Mr. Shah will be sentenced for fraud tomorrow in New York City. And ahead of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star’s court hearing, the sentences of some of his co-conspirators have been revealed.
As Jen expects only a three-year sentence and prosecutors hope to see him deal with 10 years, the court documents have revealed some of the fate of those who worked with, giving fans an idea of what they can see in a while. He faced a judge on Friday in regard to a year-long telemarketing scheme.
In the list of “Tier A” defendants, indicated by Cheers and Cocktails on Instagram, with credits to Bravo Bravo Ducking Bravoalready mentioned that Carl Morris sentenced to 78 months, or 6.5 years, that Ryan Mull receive 60 months, or five years, and that Cameron Brewster, Kevin Handrenand Stuart SmithJen’s former assistant, it seems, has not been punished enough.
It is also noted that Arash Ketabchisaid as a “Tier 1” defendant, received 87 months, or 7.25 years.
Christopher Wilsonwho received 78 months, or 6.5 years, Jason Sagerwho receive 12 months, or a year, Chad Allenwho received 48 months, or four years, and Joseph Ciacciowho are given time to serve, are also named in the list, viz Joseph Minetto, Shane Hannaand Anthony Cheedicwho is believed to be awaiting his sentence as well.
In another Mr. Shah news, he recently targeted her ROSLC star, Lisa Barlowto bring Jennie Nguyenwho was eventually fired for disturbing racist comments shared on her Facebook page, went on the show to fight back against former cast members. Mary Kosby (who left the show after season two), responded to a message from a fan.
“Lisa Barlow is a racist lover. Bring on that racist [Trumper] [Jennie] Nguyen followed Mary,” a fan tweeted last month.
And Jen agrees, answered“That’s exactly what he did and then he doubled down and said bring him back…”
As fans may recall, Lisa told TMZ that everyone, including Jennie, deserves a second chance.
“I think everyone in life should get a second chance. That’s what we try to do. Just get better every day and hope we learn from our mistakes and not repeat them,” he said.
Lisa went on to say that it was a “tough decision” for Bravo to fire Jennie, despite Jennie’s racist posts, including sharing articles claiming to be.
