Priscilla Presley‘s latest legal move is allegedly all about money.
As we follow, Priscilla is competing with her daughter Lisa Marie Presley‘s living trust (a legal mechanism to protect one’s assets and determine how they will be distributed after their death) – which was amended in 2016 supposedly without Priscilla’s knowledge. The amendment removed him as trustee of the late singer’s estate, which Priscilla tried to fight against! Unfortunately, there is a dark reason (although not surprising, given the situation)…

According to friends of the last player who opened up Page Six on Monday, Priscilla’s latest submission was a “money grab,” she explained:
“It’s strictly a money grab. they [Lisa Marie] nothing to do with Priscilla, [her ex-husband] Michael Lockwood or his brother [Navarone Garibaldi].”
Oof. It’s so sad to think that he was away from his mother when she died…
But surprisingly, Priscilla was not the only one against the amendment. according to Page SixPriscilla, Michael, and Navarone are all represented by the same publicist, Caroline Galloway, in a bid to throw out the document in question. Representatives and attorneys for Priscilla did not return calls Page Sixrequest for comments.
That said, we have evidence that something is amiss Elvis PresleyOne child and the father of the second. According to the outlet’s source, Michael is with Lisa Marie Graceland memorial last week despite him not actually invited! Of course, they show the twins Harper and Finley, 14, with the last star before their bitter divorce in 2021, so it makes sense why he would want to be there to honor the mother of his daughter. His decision to appear does not mean that the ex-partner is leaving behind a good thing. Another source points to the fact that Lockwood was not mentioned during the service – but his ex-husband Lisa Marie and the father of their two other children, Danny Keough, already. Kinda proves how contentious it is.

With all that in mind, it’s worth noting that the people who opposed Lisa Marie’s beliefs were those who weren’t close to her at the end of her life…
As we have done, the 77-year-old filed a document in Los Angeles Superior Court challenged the “2016 amendment” to his daughter’s will that removed him as guardian of the estate, replacing the former guardian with his children. Riley and Benjamin Keoughwho graduated in 2020. The Naked gun alum now wants the judge to determine the validity of the docs, which he believes do not hold up in court for various reasons. Basically, he wants to be the trustee of the Estate again… especially now that it’s worth a fortune!
When Lisa Marie is reportedly $4 million in debt, according to TMZ sources, he had at least two life insurance policies when he died, totaling $35 million. After the debt was paid, the remaining fortune was to be divided equally among the three daughters as they had been registered as heirs. But with Priscilla contesting the trust, it seems like she is trying to get a piece of the pie for herself.
We don’t like to see families who have suffered loss and pain from fighting over money. I hope everything can be resolved soon so everyone can focus on their grief… Thoughts? Let us know (below).
