We’ve heard a lot of wild stories from the upcoming memoir spare. But this is the most fantastic. Prince Harry claiming to have reached beyond the grave to speak with the ghost of his dear, left mum.
This young duke was defeated with great difficulty Princess Diana, who died tragically when he was just 12 years old. He wrote in the book that he drove through the tunnel where he died several times, just to try to understand. Aggravate.
Because he never spoke to her as an adult, he ended up desperate – and he couldn’t speak to a woman who “claimed to have ‘power'”. When he doesn’t speak when this happened, it was relatively new. Apparently the woman, whom Harry did not name, was recommended by friends. The prince enters skeptically. He never used the words “psychic” or “medium” to describe this woman and wrote that he “recognizes a high percentage of the chance of humbuggery” at play. “Humbuggery”? Damn it, Harry! You kiss the ghost mother with your mouth? LOLz!
Skeptical or not, he was a rather quick convert. He wrote:
“When we sit together, I feel the energy around me.”
wow! He said he immediately felt something, when he told her:
“Your mother is with you.”
He replied:
“I understand. I’ve been feeling it lately.”
He is obviously a little more than most. He said that Lady Di was “now” – causing Harry’s neck to heat up and his eyes to water. The mystic also told her that her mother knew she was “looking for clarity” and had “a lot of questions.” He said he “felt your confusion.” He tells her that Diana wants him to know that the answer will come in time. Now, his mother did not want him to worry, psychically telling him:
“‘You live the life you can’t. You live the life you want for yourself.'”
Yes. It’s very moving, and probably just what you want to hear. But frankly, we can probably say that, just based on the news coverage. Prince Harry felt the same doubt, as he asked for “proof”. A sign. Whatever.”
Earlier in the book, he tells the story of how Archie accidentally destroys a Christmas ornament Queen Elizabeth. This woman floated to him:
“Your mother said … about the Christmas decorations? From your mother? Or from your grandmother? It fell off? It broke?”
Harry was shocked – and convinced. He said to him:
“Archie is trying to fix it.”
He wrote that he replied:
“Your mother said she had a bit of a giggle about it.”
He did not share any more conversations with his deceased mother’s spirit, nor did he tell her if she came back. But it looks like he got the reassurance he was looking for.
