The teen drama show, which originally aired from 2010 to 2017, is set in a fictional town where five best friends receive threats about their darkest secrets from an anonymous person. The series starred Trojan Bellisarius, Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, Lucy Hale, Ian Harding, Sasha Pieterse, Tyler Blackburn and Janel Parrish.
Since the series wrapped, spinoffs such as Ravenswood, Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists and Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin has been released. Original Sinwhich aired on HBO Max, is the only follow-up to be renewed for a second season.
After she played Aria, Hale continued to write star projects including movies Truth or Dare, Fantasy Island and The Hating Game. On the small screen, the actress appeared Life Sentence, Riverdale, Katy Keene and Ragdoll.
Meanwhile, in his personal life, the privileged alum has faced many ups and downs over the years. In January 2023, Hale opened up about the lessons he learned from his ex.

He added: “I’d rather not be around people or sit in silence. Let’s talk about real things. I’ll be like, ‘Where are you going to die?’ I just want to go straight to that place.”
