Peacock Speaks Out After Brandi Glanville & Caroline Manzo Exited RHUGT Over ‘Unwanted’ Kisses

The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip‘s production company and the network spoke out for the first time about what happened between them Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo during filming for season four of the show!

In a joint statement to people on Sunday, Peacock and Big Media explained that an investigation was launched into Brandi kissing the 61-year-old reality show several times without her consent, which ultimately led to an early exit at the end of January. The company says:

“The safety and security of the cast and crew during filming is very important and we take all reports seriously. In this situation, production immediately launched a full review and took appropriate action.

“Is it taking appropriate action”? Wondering what they are planning after Brandi’s release from the show…

For those who have never followed the drama, the source is revealed people earlier this week that Brandi and Caroline at a party in Marrakech, Morocco, when the former RHOBA star “took things too far” and started “kissing her several times throughout the evening without her consent.” The insider continued:

“It was unexpected. And Caroline’s distress over the matter didn’t seem to stop Brandi. Things escalated and physical boundaries were allegedly crossed which Caroline felt was serious and uncomfortable.

After the incident, the production reported what happened to the higher-ups but continued filming throughout the night and morning. Brandi reportedly said she made Caroline “uncomfortable” with his constant physical advances and apologized over texts. But finally, The Traitors star was still removed from the initial trip because of his ‘inappropriate’ behavior. Caroline also chose to leave the show, as the insider said, because “she needs to process this outside of the reality TV environment.”

according to people, RHUGT co-star Vicki Gunvalson, Eva Marcella, Phaedra’s Garden, Camille Meyer, Alex McCordand Gretchen Rossi supported decision. Filming then resumed and wrapped the next day. Of course, Peacock and Shed Media have not announced whether they will include what happened between Brandi and Caroline on the show – or if the season will air.
