At one point, Jackson went down to the basement office and was caught by a 19-year-old waiter. “I’m going to our office downstairs where the employee is in the employee area, and he’s downstairs because I don’t know why. And I’m trying to get into the office, and he’s like, forcing me to come out. … And he’s like, ‘No, get out, get out.'”

The group finally went to the VIP room upstairs. But later that night, the owner Aspen Vaughn said Jackson, who is a friend of the stepdaughter and a restaurant employee, asked to speak with him personally about the shoving incident. When she went to his basement office, she said he started “forcing” her to kiss her. Vaughn provided surveillance footage of the incident that showed Jackson grabbing her by the throat and kissing her. He also explained Star:

“He kissed me forcefully. And I told him, pushed him, said ‘What are you doing?’ then it is done twice. The last time I pushed him, and I could see on the camera that someone was outside the door of the office, and I shouted for help because he was so big and so big.

Vaughn added:

“I was surprised. It’s disgusting. Like, you’re a kid, and he’s trying to say ‘We need to be a strong couple,’ and I’m like, ‘Obviously you don’t mind right now.’”

Noting that Jackson was taller than him, Vaughn claimed that he left a bruise on his neck. You can see a video of the incident (below) – but be warned, it’s graphic:
