During an interview with People in December 2021, Hilton said that she and her husband started the process of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We started and did it for like a few months because the world was closed,” she said.
“We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, ‘This is the perfect time. Normally, I fly 250 days a year, and let’s get all the eggs ready and ready,’ and a lot of people just wait.
Also, on the April 2022 episode of Nikki and Brie Bella’s The Bellas Podcast, Hilton discussed her and Reum’s excitement about having children one day.

“I like to get married. I just feel like I finally found my perfect match and I feel safe,” Hilton said of Reum. “I finally have a home and I can’t wait to start a family and have kids.”
Insisting that she and Reum “have been talking about kids from the beginning — since the couple first, like, months into dating,” Hilton said the couple is “excited to have twins.”
Hilton said at the time that the goal was “three or four” children overall.
It’s about a third or a quarter of the way there now!
