Pamela Anderson ready to share their stories, in their own words!
On Tuesday, Netflix released trailer for Baywatch upcoming alum documentary, Pamela, a love storyand she gets brutally honest about how she and her ex-husband re-traumatized her. Tommy LeeThe sex tape scandal of 1996. As Perezcious viewers know, the Upstream series Pam & Tommy, which aired in February 2022, put the spotlight on the controversy once again. So, while Pamela doesn’t know why her sex tape reappeared in the new Netflix trailer, this seems like a good guess!

Explaining how the resurfaced video made him “sick” and he “couldn’t sleep” as he dealt with the drama, the 55-year-old told the camera:
“I blocked the tapes that were stolen from my life in order to live, and now everything is happening again, I’m sick.”
Oof. We can’t imagine how difficult it is! Why he is willing to open up about his life – even in the most difficult times – today, he added:
“I want to control the narrative for the first time.”
As mentioned, when Upstream released on Lily James and Sebastian Stanproject-led, the source revealed that Pamela will “never” watch anything to do with the series. One insider told Entertainment Weekly:
“I know he’ll never watch this. Not even a year from now. Not even the trailer.”
It’s an interesting time to Pam & Tommy to hit the streamer starting just one month later, Netflix announced the former Playboy playmate has a doc in the works (and has been in production for several years). The film was described as an opportunity for a “pop culture icon [to set] The recording continues as he looks back on his professional path and personal journey. Attached is a letter from Anderson himself, which says:
“My life, a thousand flaws, a million misperceptions … I can only surprise you – not a victim, but a survivor and alive to tell the real story.”
Looks like he’s going to do something like that!

A quick look at the teaser shows they’ll be delving into a lot of topics – not just the NSFW ones! This includes him Broadway debut in Chicago. But, of course, a lot of time will be spent discussing the sex tape scandal and its impact on his life. At one point during the video, he shared:
“I don’t feel like I have any respect. I have to make a career out of the left piece, but I’m not a damsel in distress. I live in a state of insanity and survival.
The model then thinks:
“Why can’t we be heroes in our own life stories?”
He jokingly concluded:
“Why don’t we do all the interviews naked? There’s no mystery here.”
