The General Supervisor of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Apostle Pdt. Isaac Owusu Bempah has refuted claims that he prophesied about the National High Priest, Sheikh Dr Usman Nuhu Sharubutu during the December 31 night service.
He strongly denied making any comments about Muslim community leaders.
The controversial man of God allegedly said that “the National Chief Priest and other leaders asked him to see his fate”.
But in a statement copied to peacefmonline.com, Rev. Owusu Bempah said the allegations and captions made the rounds misleading.
“Our attention was drawn to the misleading caption and fake article by www.ghanaweb.com on the evening of January 3, 2023 when an official from the office of the Supreme Imam by the name of Sheikh Aremeyaw, the spokesperson of the National Supreme Imam, called to inform the church office of the publication on www .ghanaweb.com and endeavor to ensure its authenticity.

RESPONSE TO THE PRESS GUIDE FROM THE OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL CHIEF IMAM USING THE SUGGESTIONS OF THE APOSTLE DR. ISAAC OWUSU BEMPAH.

The press statement refers to several publications where the General Overseer of the Church, Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah has been accused of having said something about the High Priest that the Office of the National High Priest deemed disparaging.
Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah is alleged to have said that “the National Chief Imam and other leaders asked him to see his fate”.
To begin with, the press statement emerged from a misleading and false article published on www.ghanaweb.com on January 3, 2023 with the caption “Chief Imam, another leader visited us to see his fate – Owusu Bempah’s statement”.
Our attention was drawn to false information and articles by www.ghanaweb.com on the evening of January 3, 2023 when an official from the office of the Supreme Imam by the name of Sheikh Aremeyaw, the spokesperson of the National Supreme Imam, called. to inform the church office of the publication on www.ghanaweb.com and seek to ensure its accuracy.
We explained to Sheikh Aremeyaw that the caption of the article is misleading and the content is full of lies. I ask you to listen to his own words and express his opinion independently from the words of Rasul Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah. The conversation was very friendly and he seemed to respect the church’s position on the misleading caption and fake article by www.ghanaweb.com.
We are surprised that despite the harmony and harmony that exists between the office of the National High Priest and the Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah and after all the assurances given by us, the former issued a press statement with very strong words. an unpleasant picture of Rasul Dr. Ishak Owusu Bempah.
It is clear that Rasul Dr. Ishak Owusu Bempah could not claim that the Great Imam came or talked to him to see his destiny. The publication
is clearly motivated by malicious intent, desire for profit, sensationalism and is considered to disrupt the peaceful and harmonious relationship between the High Priest and the Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah.
What was said by Rasul Dr. Owusu Bempah in one of his erratic and erratic sermons is his visit to the High Imam’s house with his invitation in 2019 and the communication between them.
We want to note that, as a church, we take serious exception to the description of the General Overseer as a “Charlatan in the pulpit” among the bad words. We respect and honor our General Overseer as we love and respect our National High Priest.
Unlike the rude words used to describe Rasul Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah, we wish to affirm that our General Overseer is a true Man of God with an unblemished international reputation and record of great positive contribution to the Christian faith in Ghana and beyond.
Furthermore, we would like to use this opportunity to request journalists and bloggers to refrain from creating publications driven by sensationalism and falsehoods that can affect peace and harmony in society.
Finally, we take this opportunity to urge the National Grand Imam to ignore the lies being peddled about the Apostle Dr. Ishak Owusu Bempah to foster harmony, harmony and brotherly harmony.
