An Only Fans model with millions of subscribers and followers among several different social media platforms has sued his ex-boyfriend for a billion dollars in a case of obscene revenge!
Mikayla Saravia sue ex, Nicholas Hunter, for $6.3 billion in damages according to newly filed court documents. Saravia and Hunter broke up last October during a controversial period. After that, he claims in the suit, he allegedly changed the password on his OnlyFans account and posted explicit content on his social media page without his consent.

According to US Sun, whose lawsuit was announced Monday morning, Saravia first filed last week in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His legal team is listed as follows Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. She countered with Hunter locking her out of her account after the split. Then, he was charged with sending it NSFW content against their will – and there is no way to remove it.
In the suit, the 25-year-old model claims Hunter took control both sides from her OnlyFans account after their split in October. Saravia has a free account on the site, as well as a subscription account that charges viewers $30 per month for clearer content and mature themes.
Along with deleting the account, Hunter is said to have posted explicit images publicly in Saravia. Twitter account too. When she posted the picture in January 2023, Saravia had about 628,000 followers on the social media platform.
He can regain access to his Twitter account shortly, and US Sun reports she later gained back control of all her social media accounts. However, he was really upset that his adult-themed pictures were posted for the world to see. Now, due to the nature of her work — Saravia claims she earns more than $100,000 a year by posting sexually explicit photos — she is suing for lost profits and damages for lost subscriptions.
The lawsuit totaled a whopping ten figures as the West Palm Beach native demanded $10,000 in damages for per His Twitter followers when the hacked image was reportedly uploaded. That’s a lot of zeros behind those dollar signs!!!

As part of filing a lawsuit, an adult model attorney, Joseph DiRuzzo fires a strong statement about consent, as well:
“Just because you have consented to the images, does not mean that you have given permission to post additional content without your consent. The defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material collected before the breakup of their business and personal relationships.
According to the news outlet, Saravia and Hunter are also currently fighting in Broward County civil court over a domestic violence case as well.
Whether this vengeful obscene damage is held up in court or seriously attacked, it’s abundantly clear that popular OnlyFans accounts like Saravia’s are BIG business. And they created a big lawsuit drama!
