The Labor Party House of Representatives candidate in Amuwo Odofin Otunba George Folarin Olawande Adegeye has promised qualitative representation if elected as a member of the Reps come the February 25 general election.
Folarin made the promise on Saturday at a general election campaign rally in Amuwo-Odofin area, adding that his agreement with the people remains intact as he had promised before he chose to contest.
According to the young but energetic Adegeye who has been brought up in the area and looks so good, he should think about the larger Amuwo-Odofin Federal constituency.
The House of Reps hope said: “I can assure you that you will not regret, vote for Peter Obi for president, Folarin Adegeye for the Federal House of Representatives, vote for Labor Party, Labor!, Labor!!, Labor!!! All the way.
“They are done before they fail the first, second and third time let’s try another party.
“I was brought up in this Mile 2 Estate, so my ancestors are well known here, unlike those who really have no roots here, ask me where exactly is my parents’ house here in Amuwo-Odofin or Oriade? They cannot point to a specific location.
“No, to people from America, Ikorodu and now Amuwo-Odofin, are we stupid? No we are not.
“My late mother Hon Risikat Ajoke Adegeye when she was in the House of Representatives until 2007 raised many people from low tide to a better situation, so it is innate to safeguard the welfare of the people.
“I opened a business outfit where I had 125 staff strength, it was very good, so I joined politics not for money reasons, but the will to serve.
“I lost my mother in 2020, you all know how passionate she was about the development of Amuwo-Odofin.
“Your security is guaranteed to do nothing, we are all on the ground, saying we are taking over Amuwo-Odofin,” Folarin reiterated.
A large crowd of supporters who were never deterred by the scorching sun, stood by the brand for a revolutionary political style, they could not hide the appearance of Omogeye’s personality and charismatic carriage.

“Among all the other contenders, he is famous because since ancient times, he has been sold to people in all fields. He is a candidate who will surely be sent by the special grace of God.
“You can imagine like the Governor leading the rally, seeing the chain of vehicles and the crowd forming the track.
“It is amazing the least I can say, no other candidate of the party can maintain this tempo in these days, this is a proof that Omogeye is very much loved by the people.”
The mega rally campaign train moves away from Eko Akete junction with Pelangi Kedua which is the convergence point to Agidimo, Alaba Express, Fatgbems, Mile 2 Estate, Aroso Market, MamaJay, Shoprite junction, Apple Junction, Lakeview by Ago Bridge, down to AP Junction, 31 Road,32 Road,22 Road,23 Road, Stop Over 23 Road Market,4th Avenue, Stop Over 6th Avenue Bridge, Stop over 11 Junction then back to Eko Akete Junction from where the rally started. .
Many OmoGeye loyalists in the area traveled long distances, even as the elderly candidates distributed many quality souvenirs such as branded school bags and notebooks, rice bags and others.
