A 25-year-old woman sits next to her lawyer, Quinn Jolly, in Brown County Circuit Court for his appearance. Suddenly, in the middle of the hearing – when the judge tried to determine if he was mentally fit to face the jury – Schabusiness lunged at Jolly without warning and violently tried to attack him with elbows and fists. WTF?!

Jolly reacted very quickly to the attack. At first, he raised his hand to defend himself. Then, he quickly moved to cover his face. As Schabusiness continued to pursue him, a nearby sheriff’s deputy stepped in and pulled him away from his attorney. Two other deputies ran from the other side of the courtroom and helped the first officer restrain him. The trio tackled Schabusiness to the ground, and then held him against the wall.

After Jolly was able to flee the scene, deputies picked up Schabusiness and escorted him out of the courthouse. according to WBAY News, the accused killer later asked deputies what happened in court and said he didn’t remember what happened. The outlet reported one representative told the alleged killer:

“You’ve violated your lawyer, Taylor. You’ve been mad at your lawyer.”

Well…

Immediately before the attack, Jolly asked the judge to repeat the Schabusiness competency hearing for another few weeks. He hopes to give the defense time to bring in expert witnesses to testify on his behalf. After the attack, the judge agreed to Jolly’s plea. Per WBAY NewsSchabusiness’ competency hearing will now take place on March 6. His trial – which was originally supposed to start on that date – has been moved to early May.

Jolly won’t be there, though. according to WHBY, he has filed a motion with the court to withdraw from the case. when people contacted Brabazon Law Officewhere Jolly works, a spokeswoman for the company said it could not discuss the incident “for legal reasons.”

Discussion or not, the video tells its own WILD story. You can see the attack and its aftermath (below):

Jeh!!!

As mentioned above, we have followed the Schabusiness case. Almost exactly a year ago, he was arrested after Thyrion’s mother found her son’s severed head and broken penis in a bucket in the basement of his Green Bay home. Detectives quickly find the remains of Thyrion’s body scattered about which front.

Police tracked down Schabusiness at another home on the morning of February 23 and questioned him. At that time, according to multiple reports, she admitted that she and Thyrion smoked meth together and had sex. Police later believed that Schabusiness had strangled the man to death before dismembering the body and leaving the scene.

The outlet reports he has also had “several evaluations” to see if he is mentally fit to defend himself in court.

Now, it looks like her case will be delayed another time after this attack on her (er, now ex) lawyer. Why is it so crazy…
