Obasanjo scores hat-trick in college old boys football tie

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo there led the football team Baptist Boys High School (BBHS), Abeokuta in the new football game match held as part of the activities to mark 100 years of the College.

Mr. Obasanjo, who is a former student of the school, was the main attraction of the audience, many of whom were also former students of the school.

In a recent match pitted old students of the College against former school teachers, the former president scored a hattrick to end 3-0 for the side.

Notable old students at the game include Bukola Olopade, former Commissioner for Sports in Ogun State; and Hakeem Akintunde, who is the Chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) in the country.
