The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar, is leading in five states; Katsina, Adamawa, Gombe, Yobe and Osun states.
Meanwhile, the Labor Party (LP) Candidate, Peter Obi, has won in Nasarawa, Lagos and Enugu States.
The New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, has yet to win any of the states presented to the INEC Chairmanship on Tuesday.
PDP, LP do not agree
Earlier, during the collection of results, PDP and LP agents walked out of the collection center in protest over the failure of INEC to upload all the results of the polling units before the collection of results resumed.

Both parties claimed that the election act states that all results must be uploaded to the INEC Results Viewing Portal (IReV) before collection.
But the INEC Chairman insisted that the process could continue even if the results were not uploaded.
INEC’s National Commissioner for Voter Education and Publicity, Festus Okoye, on Sunday, attributed the failure to upload the results to a technical issue.
The INEC chairman, however, said he would speak on the uploading of the results on Tuesday.
At a press conference on Tuesday, the PDP accused INEC of announcing compromised results.
The PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, demanded that INEC post the results immediately “to the INEC Server/Website as provided in section 68 of the 2022 Electoral Act.”
