The invitation-only launch event brought together celebrities, entrepreneurs, media representatives, government officials and guests from the US at the Alisa Hotel.
Celebrated Ghanaian rapper, M.anifest graced the event with a great variety of music that engrossed the audience in his performance.
Speaking at the launch, the president of Kamba Media in Ghana, United States, Mr. Ken Mason, expressed his love for music and expressed his happiness at seeing the dream he had nurtured since his youth.
The launch event also allowed invited viewers to see promo visuals for the Network’s five initial content, which were highly praised by viewers.
The CEO of ShoBiz TV, Kwame Obuobisa Gyasi, assured that the network is adequately equipped to entertain viewers with exceptional content, stressing that viewers will not experience prosaic moments on the channel.
The network, which has been in test transmission since November last year will begin its programming mode by introducing the Morning Show, “Sun Up”, on Wednesday, March 8. “Sun Up” airs Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
If the launch is anything to go by, then ShoBiz TV is strategically poised to monopolize entertainment in the broadcast television space.
