Meanwhile, farmers on the road said that there was a robbery attack at night, so they believe that the man was part of the victims who tried to save their lives but had no luck.
A farmer, Fuseini Alhassan said, “I was going to the farm, and we saw him lying down. Because of this, I returned home. In the Dagbani tradition, when you see your fight to the farm, you cannot work”.
A preliminary inspection of the body by the police indicated that the man may have been killed elsewhere, and that the body was dumped at the scene because of the wounds on the arms and legs without bloodstains where they were searched.
Police officers assigned to the scene declined to comment.
The body has been sent for autopsy by the Bimbilla police.
