South African audiences can’t get enough of Mel Viljoen’s jokes and Kiki La Coco’s cheeky attitude and expensive taste in real estate in the first Afrikaans show in the popular real-life franchise, The Real Housewives of Pretoria.
While the names of the six glamorous women who will appear on the show have yet to be announced, we do know that they include a former beauty queen, a fitness model, a doctor, a former singer-turned-corporate singer and the head wife. one of the oldest South African companies.
With a colorful mix of women like the one above, viewers can expect drama, strong opinions, emotion and plenty of tongue-in-cheek humor as these six ladies are sure to keep their fans entertained.

Location, location, location
Filmed in Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch and Somerset West, Barrie Kelly of NBC Universal, the American entertainment company that owns Housewife– franchise, he said Real Housewives of the Winelands is one of the best locations for housewives to own.
