It is clear that BoJo’s exit has an impact on Tory’s next betting leader and the top Smarkets market shows where it is now.
I just had a little flutter on Penny Mordaunt who seems to be getting a high profile. He judged BoJo’s suffrage issue to support a recommendation that was quickly implemented by events.
The big thing on his side is that he gets more attention from the media than any other competitor. My guess is that there is a greater public awareness of him than any other leader.
A contest, of course, won’t happen until after the election.
I’m not sure about Badenoch.
