Antonia has grown up in front of a television audience, and she is now a 17-year-old senior in high school. Mother and The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa took to her Instagram Stories on December 21, to share the happy news.
The story showed the recipient’s package from Penn State with Melissa writing, “Proud of you [Antonia]!” He added that this was only “acceptance number one” as more would follow.
Clearly, Antonia wasn’t shy about Melissa’s enthusiasm when she posted a proud mom post on her own Instagram account.
The Gorga household finally has some good news to celebrate as Melissa and Joe have had a nasty conflict with family members and RHONJ star, Teresa Giudice.
Fortunately, Antonia is not bothered by all the drama of her famous family, which recently included her brother Has a judge and Judge Milania not following Joe’s father.
“That’s crazy [Antonia] is drama free – like he almost giggles in the drama, like laughing at me, like he will laugh at me. He’ll be like ‘Oh mom, please,’ like he’s not surprised that even, you know, his siblings don’t follow their parents on Instagram, like he’s like ‘you know what mom? It’s not your problem, it’s her,” Melissa said on her podcast, Melissa Gorga on Displaythrough Heavy.
In fact, Melissa thinks Antonia inherited her “calm demeanor” from her.
“I think he got it from me, you,” he continued. “Yes, I have taught him how to handle situations…”
It seems that all the Giudice / Gorga cousins have decided not to let the famous family’s penchant for drama affect their own relationship with one another.

“Family is very important to me, and I really like the relationship with my mother’s sister, my father’s side is very strong, as I want, obviously, I don’t want the relationship between my brother and me to continue.
