Melissa Gorga her text address was sent Theresa Judge after the season 12 reunion – and a message from Teresa before the start of season 13.
She also accused her sister-in-law of “gaslighting” her and teasing her Luis Ruelas drama, the viewer watches.
At The Real Housewives of New Jersey war stars in a dramatic reunion, triggered Joe Gorga to an emotional place. Later, according to reports, Teresa exposed false rumors about Melissa’s relationship, which caused the couple to skip Teresa’s wedding to Luis.
Talk to AND! NewsMelissa revealed that she and Teresa weren’t on speaking terms at the beginning of season thirteen.
According to Melissa, he sent Teresa a “text message” in the middle of the conclusion of the reunion, to “put this button down now and say peace… I thought that was great from me.”
The star said Teresa “didn’t answer … didn’t answer.” Before resuming filming, Teresa “suddenly texted” Melissa with an invitation to a 50th birthday party on an island, Melissa said.
“I was just like, ‘No. That’s not happening.’ It doesn’t make sense. It’s gaslighting. It’s really thought-out, and I saw right through it and I said no,” said Melissa, who said Teresa only talked to her during filming. “It was like, ‘We’re going to start filming again, hi .'”
“[This] it doesn’t work for me anymore,” Melissa added, and later said, “I have to do what’s best now for my husband. “I have been married for almost 19 years. I have three children. I wouldn’t put her marriage in front of me, she met someone a year ago. I will not do that … Whoever tries to destroy my marriage — if I have been married for 19 years with three children — I will not go and celebrate your marriage.”
Teasing the anticipated fight between Luis and Joe, Melissa explained, “It’s weird. It’s like Louie didn’t come into the family like that. So I don’t know if it’s a learned behavior… My family doesn’t act like that.”
The star claims not to be physical. “He didn’t get into a physical fight, thank God. You don’t need to worry about that. It’s just tension, like crazy people,” he said.
Regarding the wedding she missed, Melissa said she would watch it on television. “It’s the finale of our show, so I’m sure I’ll be watching,” he shared. “I don’t know if Joe can watch it, it’s painful for him to be honest. It’s really sad that he’s just a relative and somehow he’s gone. It’s just a really bad way to go down.
Melissa teased the “accumulation” of problems. “Something was the icing on the cake that really hurt us,” Melissa said.
The star also revealed that he kept it a secret during season 13 “for the right reasons – for the family – because [Teresa] married.”
“We were like, ‘We’re not going to drop a bomb here before the wedding,'” she continued. “When it’s clear, then I’ll have to call.”
Melissa says she hasn’t seen Luis and Teresa since the season ended filming.
