Melissa Gorga is clapping back on Jacqueline Laurita‘s new advice that he labeled Caroline Manzo “too old and boring” for Real Housewives of New Jersey.
After Jacqueline went on an Instagram rant against her fans who asked her about Melissa’s relationship with Caroline, she even brought up her strained relationship with her sister-in-law. Theresa JudgeMelissa responded to her allegations, insisting that she has “always” loved her former castmate.
“It’s going down in the Garden State. Ex.” [RHONJ] star [Jacqueline Laurita] claims now [Real Housewife Melissa Gorga] called sister Laurita and fellow show alum, 61 years old [Caroline Manzo]’too old and boring’ to be a cast member,” Page Six wrote on Instagram on January 19.
And in the comments section of the outlet, Melissa replied, “That’s not true – I’ve always loved Caroline.”
In a series of comments shared by All About The Real Housewives on Instagram the other day, Jacqueline accused Melissa of not only saying that Caroline is “too old and boring for the show” (Jacqueline says she’s not), but also “good at lying while keeping it straight.”
“[She’s] very good at manipulating people,” added Jacqueline.
And when explaining Melissa’s drama with Teresa, Jacqueline said that when she was with Melissa in RHONJhe and his wife, Joe Gorgaoften spoke ill of Teresa.
“The whole time, Melissa and Joe were in my ear, manipulating me, telling me secrets about Teresa, things Teresa would say and do to her, and telling me what Teresa would say behind my back,” she shared.
Caroline and Jacqueline were full-time cast members RHONJ when the series began in May 2009 and continued to appear in the show in an official role through season five. Caroline then appeared in her own spinoff, Manzo’d with Childrenwhich aired for three seasons from 2014 to 2016, and Jacqueline moved to Las Vegas after appearing as a “friend” in the sixth season and reprising the full-time position for the seventh season.
Earlier this month, Peacock announced that Caroline was heading to Morocco to film the upcoming fourth season of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip with Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Vicki Gunvalson and Gretchen Rossi, Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Phaedra’s Garden and Eva Marcella, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Brandi Glanville and Camille Grammerand Real Housewives of New York City alum Alex McCord.
