Lead by example. Melanie Lynskey have been honest about embracing yourself over the years.
“This is a very long journey. I fought against it for a long time — the shape that the body is supposed to be,” he said candy star admitted during a June 2022 interview with theSkimm. “[It’s] it’s hard to be a size 10 next to a size 0. I spent years not eating and worried a lot about my appearance.
Lynskey, who admits to struggling with an eating disorder as a teenager, explained that suffering a miscarriage made her see her body in a new light.
“A few years ago, I had a miscarriage and I couldn’t recover physically and having a very young daughter made me think: ‘Okay, I have to be better and accept and thank you. My body for what it is just goes through,'” in Sweet Home Alabama The actress said at the time, she was listening to that she wanted to give her daughter, which she welcomed with her husband Jason Ritter in December 2018, as “a positive example of what it’s like to have an accepting mother.”
While Lynskey has learned to love her curves, she has often been criticized by others for her appearance.

The New Zealand native, for his part, was quick to clap back at Curry’s claim. He wrote through Twitter: “I play the person who meticulously plans & executes the overthrow of FEDRA. I should be SMART, miss. I don’t need muscly. That’s what henchmen are for.”
He continued at the time: “I’m also grateful because the love and support I’ve received from you all is so strong and powerful – I feel like a community and I feel seen and loved. I’m very grateful to Craig and Neil for creating a new character. People I’ve never seen before. And to trust me with them. … The thing I’m most excited about doing #TheLastOfUs is that my casting suggests the possibilities of the future when people start listening to the people with the best ideas.
Not only did Lynskey stand up for herself against trolls, but she also had support from Parents alum, who got married in 2020.
“If someone has an unsolicited comment about *someone*’s body, they are free to write it in permanent ink on their own forehead and swan dive straight into the sun,” Ritter tweeted in January 2022, marking one of the Yellow jacket past clapbacks star through criticism about her appearance.
