Meghan Trainor it’s all about that bassinet! Gurl is pregnant! again!
The singer announced on Monday that he and his wife Daryl Sabara are officially expecting their second child! The 29-year-old shared the good news with peoplesaid:
“That’s a blessing. I’m just so thankful to be pregnant. And I was like, ‘I despised it. This is amazing. This is my dream.’ I’m halfway there – I want four kids!”
Four children?! Her mother’s journey has only just begun!

The couple already have a first-born son Riley, who welcomed in February 2021, and it looks like he’s really enjoying being a big brother! Meghan revealed in Today show:
“We tried to tell her, ‘There’s a baby in her belly,’ but then she pointed to her belly now and was like, ‘Baby.’ And we were like, ‘Oh no, it’s not in you — it’s in Mama’s belly!’”
Despite feeling like she was starting to show earlier than her first pregnancy, Meghan was able to keep the baby news low-key by wearing hoodies. Referencing her hit Make You Lookhe teased:
“Hoodie, babe! I wrote a smash that said, ‘Even wearing a hoodie…’ I just wore a hoodie. And everyone was like, ‘You’re not even showing, you’re so small.’ I was like, ‘Well, you can’t see me!’ Convince.”
Huh!

She is now four months pregnant and has had her first taste. He told me people:
“It’s like being really pregnant. The first one is like make-believe. I had no symptoms with Riley until I was like, ‘We need to go to the doctor. There is nothing in me.’ I had symptoms late in my pregnancy with Riley. I’m getting someone straight with this baby. I have red perioral dermatitis all over my face – so love the makeup – and it comes on early and is very nauseating. I’m sick, my boobies are sick. This is the ride. It was a rocky ride, but luckily it was on vacation, so I could just relax and lay down. I’m peeing every 20 minutes, and I’m out of breath just talking. It’s great.”
He also experienced cravings for the first time, something that never happened the first time around. He ate:
“I don’t feel hungrier with Riley. This time I was like, ‘I need a pickle.’ Even if I have chocolate or sweets, it must be followed by pickles. Weird, but great. I’ll eat it all, and then I’ll be like, ‘I can go on.'”
LOL!
When in All about the Bass the artist is preparing to become a mother of two, she also released her first book, Dear Future Mama, where she will open up about her pregnancy experience! He gushed:
“I’m an open book, and I like to tell all about my roughness and all my truth. If someone says, ‘Oh God, me too,’ then it makes me feel like I’m not alone, and I’m like, ‘I’m not weird, I’m not different. It’s normal.'”
