Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Expected to Skip Coronation; MANY A-List Music Icons Have Refused to Perform on Charles’ Big Day

The coronation of King Charles III is still more than two months away, but at this point, it looks like the official committee is in crisis mode.

As we all know by now, one source of anxiety for the royal family in recent weeks has been the question of whether Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will attend the ceremony.

An insider says Harry and Meghan haven’t been invited to the coronation, but it’s not because there’s any intention to ditch the Sussexes.

However, royal sources said the royals declined the invitation because they feared Harry and Meghan would decline.

If the Sussexes RSVP in the negative – as royal officials seem to believe they will – the word snub will almost certainly come out.

And neither of the two king’s sons would ruin what was supposed to be a bright day.

One of the sources said Telegraph Harry wants to be by Charles’ side on the “most important day” of his life, but a different insider has revealed The audience that Meghan feels “left out” of the coronation plans and may refuse to attend.

Either way, insiders say the Sussexes aren’t expecting any special treatment if they decide to travel to London.

“There are 2,000 people sitting, so I’m sure they’ll be happy to sit anywhere,” said one of the organizers.

Harry and Meghan have remained tight-lipped about the issue, but sources close to the couple have revealed Telegraph that he has not decided whether to come or not.

“It’s complicated,” a friend told the newspaper, “There are a million different variables. Anyone can understand the situation.”

Either way, it looks like Harry and Meghan aren’t the only ones in doubt.

According to a new report from TMZ, the palace is having a hard time putting on a musical performance for the newly crowned king and his entourage.

The list of A-listers who have turned down gigs includes Adele, Ed Sheeran, the Spice Girls, Harry Styles and Sir Elton John.

Yes, Sir Elton was knighted by Charles’ mother, and even they did not want to appear at the coronation.

Of course, it may have something to do with Elton being close friends with Princess Diana, and he rewrote “Candle in the Wind” in honor of the king’s long-suffering first wife.

At this rate, it seems that Charles should settle for something similar to Nickelback in the UK.

The biggest day of the new king’s life may turn out to be an embarrassing disaster.

And the insult can be magnified because this is the first coronation in history to be broadcast on Instagram and TikTok from 20,000 mobile phones!
