Mauricio Umansky believe Add Chest be honest about it Kathy Hilton‘s meltdown in Aspen.
While looking back The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 in Teddy Mellencamp and Judge Tamrapodcast on Monday, Kyle Richards‘ the husband explained why he did not believe that Rinna was lying because he also reacted to the absence of season 13 and expressed his regret for laughing. “It’s an unfortunate thing [the] laugh, [it was] just totally out of context for me,” Mauricio explained in the April 10 episode of Two T’s in a Pod. “Honestly, we’re being asked to talk about things that don’t exist [for] and did not testify.”
“I don’t know what we’re talking about, [and I] totally had the wrong reaction,” she said, and she immediately texted Garcelle and called her to apologize.
“When I watched it, I thought it was really unpleasant. Even thinking about it… But we are asked to do many things on television and I don’t understand what they are saying,” added Mauricio.
Although Mauricio said it was only filmed “a few scenes” with Kyle RHOBA season 13 and not sure if the players “lost him” after he left the show in January, it was revealed that he loves Rinna and counts her and Harry Hamlin as a friend.
“I love Rinna … She brings so much — she always brings so much,” he said. “Lisa Rinna is my friend. Harry Hamlin is a friend of mine. I don’t have a problem with anyone, so for me, they’re friends, and I miss them, but I don’t know how the show is going, whether they’re missing the drama.
As RHOBA fans know, Rinna recounting Kathy’s meltdown in Aspen caused a massive falling out between Kathy and Kyle, which Kathy allegedly threatened to destroy, which the brother still does not seem to have recovered from (except for one pic).
And, when Mauricio was at home when the meltdown happened, he didn’t hear anything.
“This is my old house, it has three floors. I used to [in] master bedroom, or master bedroom, [on] upper level. [And] Kathy actually sleeps on the bottom level, so it’s three levels down,” he explained. “I came home early, I slept, and I slept a lot. I didn’t wake up to a fire alarm, I didn’t wake up to anything.
But even though Mauricio didn’t hear her voice right away, he came out of his room later that night and saw that Rinna was upset.
“I came out and saw Rinna super sad, super stressed, and confused,” he recalled. “They didn’t share everything that happened, but I had a little chat as it happened and I definitely got a reaction from Rinna at the time.”
“I don’t think Rinna is lying,” Mauricio confirmed. “She doesn’t look like she’s cheating. Again, I didn’t hear it. Unfortunately, I can’t comment, but Rinna doesn’t look like she’s cheating.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 is currently in production and is expected to begin airing sometime later this year on Bravo.
