An unidentified Nigerian man has sparked outrage online after appearing in a viral video of his wife being burned in front of their children.
The man continued to hit his wife with a belt and asked her to stop. Although the children tried to intervene by pushing them away from their mother, the man continued to hold them while also saying that he was “talking when he was talking”. The woman was also heard calling him “Dayo”.
There are now calls for him to be taken to court for domestic violence.
