Madison LeCroy revealed that he was “not happy” about it Kathryn Dennis‘ departed from Southern charm, but he confirmed that he himself is “back full throttle.” His comments came on the heels of another alleged firing – Naomi Olindowhich tells all the events of last season.
It looks like Madison is filling the hole left by Kathryn and Naomie coming out. Earlier this week, there were reports that cast members were unaware of Kathryn’s departure and did not know what was going on.
In a recent Amazon Live stream, Madison told her friend Kathryn she was leaving.
“I’m not happy, to be honest,” the 32-year-old said on Wednesday, January 11, via Page Six.
“I think a lot of them are very sad,” Madison continued, as if referring to the players. “I’m not really sure. I mean, would we have a show without him? Not.”
He expressed his hope that Kathryn would “surprise” fans and return at some point.
“He’s my friend, so I don’t like it, but like I said, I don’t know,” Madison added. “We’re in the early stages of this whole thing, so who’s to say they won’t come back.”
Despite his friend’s departure, Madison revealed that he himself will be “back full throttle” next season despite his limited role in season eight.
“I’m going to show you what I’ve done, what’s happened to me, where I’m at in my life, to make it fun and exciting,” Madison said.
Kathryn confirmed the exit on Wednesday, in a statement on Page Six.
“This is really good!” said the 31-year-old. “Can you believe that I was 21 when I started filming ‘Southern Charm’, during the first season? It was in 2013, and in the next decade, it’s safe to say my life changed in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
