For the Sunday, January 15, soirée at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles, Cline, 25, was a vision in a fur-covered gown by Givenchy. The textured number clung to her curves and featured a gorgeous spaghetti strap. Dressed beautifully, South Carolina’s native glam team knew they had to bring the drama.
“As soon as we saw the feathered Givenchy gown, we knew we wanted to play with old Hollywood glamour,” the celebrity makeup artist. This is Tiosity toward Us Weekly exclusive. “We didn’t want to overpower the dress with bold glam, so we focused on bronzed, glowing skin with signature liner and glittery lips.”
Tioseco continues: “It’s a perfect balance so that the clothes and the make-up have their own moments while complementing each other perfectly.”

To do this, the makeup guru uses products from elf Skin and elf Cosmetics — all under $15.

First, Tioseco prepped Cline’s skin with elf Skin Daily Hydration Moisturizer, applied “on the face and neck.” Next, they added the newly launched Power Grip Primer + 4% Niacinamide, which costs $10.
Once the preparations are complete, the magic begins. Tioseco tacked on Elf’s Camo Color Corrector in Blue, which comes with an unbeatable $4 price tag followed by elf’s Halo Glow Liquid Filter in shade 2. The viral TikTok product is $14 and is perfect for enhancing skin and making it look soft yet dewy.
After that, Tioseco used the label’s Hydrating Camo Concealer in Medium Warm before applying Elf’s Luminous Putty Bronzer in Summer Fridays to give Knives Out 2 stars “a natural bronzed look with just a hint of shimmer.”
For Cline’s eyes, the beautician “created dimension and depth” by mixing No Budge Cream Elf Eyeshadow in Plateau and Bite-Size Eyeshadow in Rose Water. Then, Tioseco brings out the cat eye with the H20 Proof Eyeliner Pen ($7).

“Madelyn always loves sharp eyeliner for her siren eyes,” says Tioseco us. “I wanted to keep it subtle while still drawing attention to her sculpted features.”
To complete the beat, Tioseco used Stay All Day Blue Light Micro Setting Mist ($10) to keep everything in place.
The cosmetic artist revealed that the process takes two hours because she believes hydration in skin preparation is “the most important step to create a natural and radiant base.”
