More than just a reality TV villain? while Micah Lussier and Irina Solomonova‘s Love Is Blind tenures, eagle-eyed viewers noticed women acting like mean girls to other pod contestants.
“I mean, you know what? So,” said Micah exclusively Us Weekly ahead of the season 4 premiere in March 2023. “What [Irina] makes me laugh and reminds me of who I am [and] that I like to laugh at. I like to joke. Like, it’s a serious situation, but I don’t have to be miserable. Like, I can enjoy myself and he gives me, and for that, I don’t regret it.
The marketing manager and Irina are both contestants on Netflix’s fourth season of the hit dating show. In the midst of their search for The One, viewers saw the two friends making out with other women. In one scene, Irina is seen laughing from behind the kitchen island while Amber Wilder break down in tears over the love triangle with Paul Peden and her eventual fiance, Micah.
Micah was also spotted laughing at someone else’s expense during the pod experiment. when Jacqueline Bonds tear up potential hurt Josh Demas‘ feelings with a group of women, the former broker disturbs the group. “Do you have a head or a man?” Micah asked the dental assistant who was crying. When Jackelina was too tired to answer, Micah joined Irina and stifled giggles.
Irina’s own behavior “mean girl” spurned a bitter rivalry with Blessed Poureetezadi by Zack Goytowskilove Things escalate when Irina seems jealous that the senior program manager made cupcakes for Zack’s birthday – and she forgot what day it was. The founders of Solo and Bliss then complained to their lawyers about each other.
“Hey. Look, I know I said s—t about some girls, but I didn’t mean it badly,” Irina told Zack in the pods, who looked confused on the other side of the wall. “If I’m in the kitchen with [Bliss] and I was like, ‘Ooh, how does it taste?’ Like, that’s just me. I mean that [and] I’m not trying to be, like, snaky or mischievous. It was just different for him. I think it’s weird that he feels so weird.
Zack ends up dumping Bliss for having an affair with a Russian native. While he filed an unseen gaze, they ended up going their separate ways shortly after meeting.
“[Meeting him] was much more challenging than I thought it would be. Like, it’s very difficult to connect the connection that we have in the pod and together,” Irina said exclusively us in March 2023. “I would say that when I see that person, it doesn’t matter what they look like or what, but I just feel in my gut that something just doesn’t feel right, and I don’t feel safe or comfortable. … It’s just something who grew up, and I felt that he was trying to force or force me to feel this feeling for him.
