Loren and Alexei welcomed baby Ariel Raya prematurely. He had to spend several weeks in the NICU before it was safe for him to leave.
But that was last month.
Now, Loren is five months postpartum and flaunting her gorgeous post-baby body for all to see.
Loren Brovarnik took to Instagram recently to discuss love, self-care, and lifestyle changes. And he’s not just referring to now having “three in three.”
“Send me a letter of appreciation – because I’m allowed to!” he began.
“And for other people out there who are worried about showing their love in public,” Loren said. “DO IT!”
“Show your love with pride!” Loren gave a hint to his fans and followers.
“Hard work will pay off,” he announced.
“And,” Loren continued, “I can’t believe this week I’m 5 months postpartum!”
Loren explained that her dramatic weight loss, just five months after her emergency C-section, was due to a change in her diet.
It’s not just about changing your habits, he explains. Loren says it has changed the “way” she “thinks about food.”
He continued: “And a lot of people are quick to say, ‘OMG he did this, he did it.'”
But Loren clearly wants to end speculation about her post-baby body transformation strategy.
“That’s how I lost weight,” he explained. “By making changes in the way I eat.”
Loren and Alexei welcomed baby Ariel on September 6, 2022. The body transformation was frankly not the most exciting part for their family.
And Alexei himself has said a lot. Among other things, they feel very excited to welcome their first daughter.
“Finding gender in the delivery room is even more special than we can imagine,” she wrote on social media at the time.
Alexei then gushed: “Thank you to my half @lorenbrovarnik for making me the happiest person alive.”

Unfortunately, Loren had to go through an emergency C-section. Ariel was born prematurely, spending almost a month in the NICU. Then, finally, the parents can bring their baby girl home.
Shai, who is two and a half years old, is very happy to meet his baby sister. Asher, a baby himself, wasn’t sure what to do.
Many medical experts will explain that this close pregnancy is dangerous. Especially if there are already complications.
Loren admitted that she believed the rumors that she couldn’t get pregnant while breastfeeding. Sometimes, smart people believe ridiculous things that can be logically dismissed for a while.
