90 Day Engagement Fan favorite Loren Brovarnik is now more than six months postpartum.
But when fans rave about it Loren & Alexei: After 90 Days star’s post-baby body, he has not “bounced back” in any way.
She is the mother of three young children. And Loren has opened up about her past struggles.
… And about him now. Loren only spoke to followers about her relapse.

In a new and very vulnerable video, Loren Brovarnik talks about her emotional well-being. The short version? Sloppy.
“Update on mental disorders,” she told her followers.
“I sat in the car because I was crying,” Loren admitted. “I don’t know why.”

He described his life and emotional state as a “roller coaster”.
And there’s more than just exhaustion and the material stress of having three very young children.
“F-king hormones, man” Loren then commented.

Loren is well aware that not everyone will understand the terrible emotional state she is in, or why her mental health is hanging in the balance.
Why? Because not everyone experiences postpartum depression.
But Loren knew that some of his followers did.

“Relapse is hard,” Loren told his followers.
When she started talking about “babies growing up,” she broke down in tears.
Anyone who has gotten emotional over a video of a small dog or a gentle raccoon can imagine how they might react if those feelings escalated. Oh, and if we really don’t sleep.

According to Loren, her astrological sign and her tendency to be an extremist thinker contributed to her emotional state.
“Extremist thinkers” may sound like a Vulcan terrorist cell, but they actually refer to the idea of anxious contingency. One can be called a “worrywart.”
Simple, your friend who is often late is late. Some part of you imagines that they have died or are dying now, before Occam’s Razor (they are too late) for what I like to call Occam’s Silly-Straw.

“I’m super extra,” Loren said, “if you haven’t figured it out by now.” He hid his tearful eyes behind his glasses.
“I literally get into my head about everything,” he added relatably.
Plus, Loren admits that she feels “crazy” having children of almost 3 years, 18 months, and 6 months together.

Meanwhile, Loren admits that he feels “scared of small things” because his young children are old.
“Sometimes I sit in the car,” he shared. “And I just cried.”
Loren later insisted that this was true, “because everyone needs a good cry.” Correct!
